Logistic Associate
Responsibilities:
- Plan and run order waving and picking on time
- Perform daily physical inventory return related task, support cycle count / inbound / check on holding stocks health / return / transfer / adjustments / lost / damage and etc
- Manage expiry and batch
- Control and minimize OOS and back order ratio
- Coordinate with Store ops and customer service team
- Closely work with warehouse ops, store ops, finance, key account mgmt and provide updates
- Responsible to respond email, tickets or chat enquiries promptly
- Other tasks as assigned by SG Operations Manager
Qualification:
- Diploma, certifications or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- With a minimum of 2 years of working experience in ground operations
- Experience with the use of warehouse system ERP/WMS and RF scanner
- Working experience in e-commerce, manufacturing or retail business are added advantages
- Strong communications skills in English is must
