Job Summary:
The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder. This includes administering assessments, integrating results, and providing high-quality diagnostic reports and feedback to families.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews, direct/indirect assessments (including ADOS-2, ADI-R, and similar tools).
- Score, interpret, and write comprehensive diagnostic reports.
- Deliver findings and recommendations to families and referral sources.
- Submit completed reports and invoices within 48 hours of patient contact.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all evaluations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Highly developed ability in the administration, scoring, and interpretation of psychological tests, specifically objective, projective, and neurological test batteries.
- Confidence in working independently with clinical integrity.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
- Demonstrated skills in consultation and the ability to work as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- A doctorate in psychology
- Current applicable state license(s)
- Proficiency in autism diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R)
- Preferred 1-3+ years of experience conducting ASD diagnostic evaluations
- Preferred experience with hybrid/telehealth models
