You will be the bridge between our product, sales, and marketing teams, responsible for defining the market narrative, equipping our global sales force to win, and driving the adoption and growth of our most innovative solutions. If you are a master storyteller, a strategic thinker, and have a passion for bringing groundbreaking products to market, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven GTM strategies for a new SaaS product and future innovations. Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and key buyer personas to ensure laser-focused market traction.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft differentiated, compelling, and clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas. Articulate a clear value proposition that translates complex technical features into tangible business outcomes.
  • Release Communication: Manage the GTM strategy for the ongoing product roadmap. Create and execute a communications plan for major and minor SaaS releases to drive customer adoption of new features and communicate continuous value.
  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Be the subject matter expert who empowers our global sales and partner organizations to succeed. You will create and deliver high-impact sales tools, including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive intelligence briefs, product datasheets, and training materials.
  • Launch Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of world-class product launches. Establish a repeatable commercialization framework that can be adapted for a pipeline of future products, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Act as the voice of the customer and the market. Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy and GTM motions.
  • Content & Demand Generation Partnership: Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content (e.g., blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, case studies) and inform demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and product adoption.
  • Pricing & Packaging: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the product and finance teams on pricing and packaging strategies to optimize for market adoption and revenue growth.
  • Performance Measurement: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch and commercialization efforts, using data to merchandise success and identify areas for optimization.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven Launch Success: A demonstrated track record of successfully launching new technology products from concept to market leadership. You have stories to tell about navigating ambiguity and driving results.
  • Strategic Mindset: The ability to think strategically about complex business and technology challenges, while also being able to roll up your sleeves and execute flawlessly.
  • Exceptional Storyteller: You are a master at translating technical capabilities into inspiring and compelling narratives. You possess outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success) without direct authority.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: A deep-seated belief in using data to drive all decision-making. You will leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to define strategy, measure performance, and tell a compelling story about our market impact.
  • Self-Starter: A proactive, curious, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
