Pune or Delhi/NCR Remote

Acquia empowers the world’s most ambitious brands to create digital customer experiences that matter. With open source Drupal at its core, the Acquia Digital Experience Platform (DXP) enables marketers, developers, and IT operations teams at thousands of global organizations to rapidly compose and deploy digital products and services that engage customers, enhance conversions, and help businesses stand out.
Headquartered in the U.S., Acquia is a Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM company in India, is listed as one of the world’s top software companies by The Software Report, and is positioned as a market leader by the analyst community. We are Acquia. We are building for the future and we want you to be a part of it!

About the Role:

Acquia is seeking a Data Analyst - Automation & AI who thinks like a builder. As B2B marketing operations evolves from “managing tools” to “designing agent workflows,” this role sits at the forefront of that shift — combining strong analytical skills with hands-on automation and AI expertise to make our marketing engine smarter, faster, and more scalable.

You will contribute to automating marketing operations functions, streamline processes through intelligent tooling, and surface the insights that drive global marketing decisions. You will work closely with our Marketing, Revenue Operations, and BI teams, leveraging Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics 4, Analytics Studio, Domo, N8N, Claude, and Gemini to connect data, reduce manual work, and build workflows that scale.

The ideal candidate has a bias for building: someone who spots an inefficient process and reaches for an automation before a spreadsheet, who is genuinely excited about AI — not as a trend, but as a practical tool for outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Domo and Analytics Studio that provide real-time visibility into marketing KPIs — including pipeline contribution, funnel performance, campaign ROI, and lead generation.
  • Standardize reporting methodology and data definitions to ensure consistency and trust across the marketing organization.
  • Analyze customer behavior and engagement data to surface insights around segmentation, targeting, and personalization opportunities.
  • Help implement and maintain tracking infrastructure across marketing platforms to ensure reliable data capture and accurate attribution.

AI-Powered Workflow Automation

  • Design, build, and maintain automated marketing workflows in N8N, integrating across Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics 4, and other platforms to eliminate manual work and increase operational velocity.
  • Use Claude and Gemini to build AI-assisted processes — including lead enrichment, performance summarization, anomaly alerts, and intelligent routing — moving beyond simple automation toward agentic workflows that can reason and act across systems.
  • Map current-state marketing processes, identify transformation opportunities, and prototype automation solutions that improve speed and scale.
  • Proactively document workflows, logic, and integration architecture so automations are maintainable, auditable, and transferable.
  • Stay current with AI and automation tooling; bring forward-looking recommendations on where emerging capabilities can benefit the marketing team.

Marketing Operations Support

  • Understand data flows, support integrations, and identify opportunities to improve how these systems work together.
  • Help maintain data integrity and consistency across marketing tools and databases, flagging and resolving discrepancies as they arise.
  • Assist in building and refining marketing data models, lead scoring logic, and attribution frameworks

Collaboration & Stakeholder Enablement

  • Partner with demand generation, content, and field marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Work closely with the BI team to align on data definitions, reporting standards, and analytical priorities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders across marketing and leadership.
  • Contribute to a culture of data literacy and AI fluency across the marketing organization.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing analytics, marketing operations, or revenue operations role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) — understanding of how data flows through these systems and connects to reporting and automation.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows and automations in N8N or comparable tools (Make, Zapier); candidates who have built complex, multi-step integrations are strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or equivalent LLMs to automate or streamline operational and analytical tasks — not just as chat assistants, but as components in real workflows.
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations in Domo.
  • SQL literacy — ability to read, validate, and troubleshoot AI-generated queries, understand data structures, and catch results that look right but aren’t. AI writes code faster than any analyst; knowing whether that code is correct is the actual skill.
  • Familiarity with UTM governance, marketing attribution models, and tracking infrastructure across marketing platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Analytics Studio for web and campaign performance reporting.
  • Ability to build and maintain N8N workflows with API integrations, conditional logic, webhooks, and error handling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Extra Credit:

  • Builder mindset: you identify inefficient processes and reach for automation before a spreadsheet. You ship, test, and iterate fast.
  • Ability to QA data, catch logic errors, identify anomalies, and validate results before sharing.
  • Comfortable operating across globally distributed teams with strong asynchronous communication habits.
  • Exposure to marketing data models, lead scoring frameworks, or CDPs is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of API concepts (REST, JSON, authentication) sufficient to connect marketing tools and build custom integrations.
  • Google Analytics certification is a plus.
