The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our high-growth brand and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand voice and messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate is adept at storytelling and writing copy that resonates with different audiences across paid ads, email campaigns, website landing pages, and print collateral, and will play an integral role in our A/B testing strategy and execution. The candidate should be excited to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple tasks at scale. Stakeholder collaboration is integral to the success of the role, particularly with colleagues on the marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative copywriting strategies that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audiences.
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for paid ads, email campaigns, website landing pages, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all touch points, and regularly A/B test across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and sales support functions on copy templates needed for emails, RFPs, and other materials.
  • Partner with the Lead Designer on incorporating messaging to the brand book for various audiences as the brand continues to evolve as well as help ensure brand consistency across the organization day to day.
  • Work collaboratively with freelancers and external agencies to augment copywriting capabilities and deliver high-quality content on schedule.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize copy processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform and inspire creative copywriting approaches.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in copywriting roles, with a focus on digital marketing and brand storytelling, in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of crafting compelling copy for paid ads, email campaigns, website landing pages, and print collateral.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and translate ideas into impactful messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and grammar.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing platforms, and other relevant tools/software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited by the challenges that come along with building a disruptive business.
  • Experience working with freelancers, external agencies, and other partners to execute creative projects is a plus.
