Business Development Representative

West Coast Remote

DataHub is an AI & Data Context Platform adopted by over 3,000 enterprises, including Apple, CVS Health, Netflix, and Visa. Innovated jointly with a thriving open-source community of 13,000+ members, DataHub's metadata graph provides in-depth context of AI and data assets with best-in-class scalability and extensibility.

The company's enterprise SaaS offering, DataHub Cloud, delivers a fully managed solution with AI-powered discovery, observability, and governance capabilities. Organizations rely on DataHub solutions to accelerate time-to-value from their data investments, ensure AI system reliability, and implement unified governance, enabling AI & data to work together and bring order to data chaos.

The Role We're looking for a driven, curious BDR to join our EMEA go-to-market team. You'll work a mix of inbound and outbound — following up on warm leads from events, content downloads, and our open-source community, while also prospecting net-new accounts across data engineering, data platform, and governance personas.
You'll be part of a small, high-performing team with real visibility into pipeline and close rates. This isn't a churn-and-burn SDR seat — we care about quality conversations and building genuine pipeline.

What You'll Do
  • Qualify inbound leads from events, webinars, and content downloads and move them quickly through the top of funnel
  • Run outbound sequences into target accounts across EMEA, with a focus on data engineering and platform teams
  • Personalize outreach using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot — we're not a spray-and-pray shop
  • Collaborate closely with your AE and the marketing team to align on account strategy and messaging
  • Represent DataHub at field events in the region when needed
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of BDR or SDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable working both inbound and outbound pipelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you know how to be concise and still be interesting
  • Naturally curious about data and technology — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should want to understand what our buyers care about
  • Based in London and eligible to work in the UK
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling to data engineering, analytics, or platform teams
  • Some familiarity with the data or analytics space — enough to hold a credible first conversation
  • Proficiency in an additional European language
What You Get
  • Competitive base + commission with uncapped upside
  • Clear path to AE for strong performers
  • A seat at the table in a scaling GTM org — your work shows up in real pipeline
  • Hybrid working from our London office
