Hours: Monday - Friday, Full-Time

What Action Plumbing Needs From You:

  • Supervise and support a team of field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Hire, train, and evaluate service personnel while providing ongoing coaching and development
  • Conduct performance reviews and support technicians in meeting performance expectations
  • Ensure technicians follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures
  • Monitor service efficiency, technician productivity, and daily field operations
  • Review service reports, work orders, and documentation for accuracy and completion
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company quality standards
  • Handle escalated customer service concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally
  • Communicate with dispatch and office staff to coordinate scheduling and service priorities
  • Identify opportunities to improve service processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a service management or field operations leadership role preferred
  • Experience in commercial plumbing, mechanical service, or a related trade strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with service management software and basic computer systems preferred

Action Plumbing determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $92,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
