  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for all assigned tasks.
  • Represent AcuTech in client meetings, steering committees, and strategic reviews.
  1. Technical Delivery
  • Lead comprehensive Security Threat and Risk Assessments (STRA) and develop security strategies, design briefs, and implementation plans.
  • Advise on integration of physical, technical, and cyber-security systems within architectural and engineering designs.
  • Supervise and audit design and construction phases, including inspections, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant RCU standards, KSA security regulations, and ISO 9001 processes.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, technical documentation, and recommendations for client review and approval.
  1. Governance and Compliance
  • Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures in line with RCU and AcuTech frameworks.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness.
  • Maintain full documentation of deliverables, submissions, and project milestones using structured quality systems.
  1. Stakeholder and Team Management
  • Lead and mentor AcuTech Arabia staff assigned to the project; manage subcontractor performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and RCU departments.
  • Deliver workshops and training programs to build RCU staff capability in modern security design and operations.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct post-occupancy evaluations and lessons-learned reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced integration of technology and processes.

Job Requirements:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
