We are looking for a Sales & Compensation Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations and Analytics, your responsibilities will be related to our end-to-end sales and customer journey. This includes owning the processing of our sales commissions, upkeeping of our sales data daily, diagnosing problems in the data and putting forth automated processes to fix them, creating reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics.

About You

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com power user, or similar CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platform, with the ability to build reports and dashboards.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with Sales or CX commission/bonus compensation models and payment calculations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working for a SaaS company is considered an asset.

Outcomes

  • Make changes to CRM data to ensure data integrity between contracts and CRM; may involve doing larger changes and data bulk uploads.
  • Make changes to CRM to add fields, validation rules and position fields and permissions in the CRM layout.
  • Partner with the Finance team to ensure that data being collected is complete and accurate to their reporting requirements.
  • Act as subject matter expert for our opportunity and account data, acting as first line of support for our sales team.
  • Perform weekly renewal forecasting.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly sales commission calculations.
  • Work collaboratively with Salesforce Administrators, advocating for new automations and improvements to streamline data collection processes.

The expected salary range for this position is $79,809 to $102,621. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
