About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. Reporting to Lead Data Analytics, this role focuses on enabling high-quality, strategic decision-making across the business through clean, business-ready data, thoughtful analysis, and accessible reporting.
You will partner closely with Product and GTM stakeholders to understand business needs, define and maintain core metrics, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and ad-hoc analysis. This role emphasizes strong analytical thinking, clear metric definition, and collaboration to ensure data is trusted, consistent, and impactful across the organization.
Outcomes
- Define and maintain analytics-ready datasets and metrics that reflect business processes and support effective analysis and reporting
- Enable self-serve analytics by improving data clarity, accessibility, and documentation
- Ensure data quality by validating data, identifying inconsistencies, and partnering with engineering teams to maintain high data integrity
- Define, document, and maintain core business metrics and definitions to ensure consistent and trusted reporting
- Partner closely with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure end-user data is accurate, well-defined, and fit for analysis
- Support Product and GTM teams with actionable insights through thoughtful analysis and high-quality dashboards
About You
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex analytical queries in modern cloud data warehouses.
- Experience with data modeling and analytics engineering practices (e.g., dbt), and version-controlled analytics development using Git and CI/CD
- Experience building analytics in BI platforms (Omni, Looker, Metabase, Tableau etc…)
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical requirements
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and metric definition to ensure consistent and trusted reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
- Effective written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail
- Previous work experience for a SaaS company is considered an asset.
