The Role

As Senior Salesforce Administrator at Ada, you'll be the single owner of a mature, high-stakes Salesforce org that sits at the operational core of our Revenue and CX motions. You'll inherit a complex, well-integrated stack — including DealHub CPQ, Rocketlane, Gong, and HubSpot — and take on meaningful autonomy to stabilize, improve, and shape how it evolves. Working directly with RevOps, Sales, and CX leadership, you'll split your time between resolving day-to-day admin requests, building new features and automations, and driving long-term org health initiatives. This is a role for someone who treats the org as their product — not just their ticket queue. #LI-NS1

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including break-fix triage, user support, configuration changes, and admin request intake.
  • Lead project work across new feature builds, automation development, schema changes, and managed package management (DealHub, Rocketlane, Gong, HubSpot).
  • Monitor and enforce data integrity across the org, with a focus on reducing data quality gaps that impact downstream reporting and customer health tooling.
  • Read, debug, and refactor existing Apex triggers and classes; identify governor limit risks and own resolution.
  • Establish and maintain a formal release and change management process for all Salesforce deployments.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and CX stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Document existing automations, custom objects, and Apex code to reduce organizational risk and support future development.

About You

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience in a complex, production org.
  • Proven Apex experience — you can read, debug, and refactor existing code without needing a developer to translate.
  • Experience managing multiple managed packages in production, including handling upgrades and troubleshooting integration conflicts (DealHub, Rocketlane, Gong, HubSpot or similar).
  • Strong command of Flow Builder and automation troubleshooting across Flows, triggers, and process automation.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin certification (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
  • Experience with CPQ tools (DealHub or similar) is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment where you own decisions, not just tasks.

Compensation:  $104,000 - $130,000 CAD
Pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
