Vice President of Healthcare Provider (HCP) Outreach (AI and Undiagnosed Patients)

Berlin, Remote Germany, Remote United Kingdom

About us

At Ada, we envision a world where everyone gets the healthcare they need. Yet, millions remain undiagnosed and untreated due to the complexity of identifying rare and underrecognized conditions, even when effective treatments exist

We’re changing that. Powered by leading AI and built by a team of physicians and clinical scientists, Ada helps people get answers faster, identifying those at risk and guiding them to the right care. Every successful journey makes us smarter and able to help more people.

If you’re passionate about transforming healthcare and ensuring no one goes undiagnosed, join us and be part of what’s next.

About the role

We have a newly created position for a Vice President of Healthcare Provider (HCP) Outreach (AI and Undiagnosed Patients).  Reporting into the CCO, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing partnerships with pharma companies outside of the US; focusing on using Ada’s clinical AI to help them engage with HCPs to identify misdiagnosed or underrecognized patients in their geography.

We are open to applications from those seeking remote working opportunities in either the UK or Germany (strong preference for candidates in either Berlin or London as this is where our offices are located).

What you’ll do

  • Improve revenue-generating HCP engagement tactics for pharma companies outside of the US using Ada’s user-submitted real world data.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the pharma industry.
  • Represent Ada at industry conferences, building awareness of Ada's AI-powered platform to achieve ubiquitous adoption within the pharma industry.

What you’ll bring

Our commercial team aims for:

  • Urgency & impact: We move fast, make decisions quickly, and prioritize progress over perfection, because real change can’t wait.
  • High ownership, low ego: No job is too big or small. We value team members who take initiative, roll up their sleeves, and focus on results.
  • Adaptability & flexibility: Top talent comes in different forms. Whether you're driving ambitious projects with long hours or making a focused impact within a structured schedule, what matters is the results you deliver.

We are looking for:

  • Proven track record: Experience selling sales-enablement programs, HCP intelligence data products or sales training services to pharma companies.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the pharma landscape outside of the US and the challenges faced in HCP engagement.
  • Communication & relationship building: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives.
  • Sales acumen: Strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills. Experience ideally from within a major pharma sales training provider that works directly with pharma sales teams in Europe.
  • Team player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively while demonstrating ownership as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Low Ego: Proficient in rolling up sleeves with a belief that no job is too big or too small.

What’s awaiting you at Ada

  • Flexible working hours to maintain a healthy work/life balance
  • 28 days holiday, plus bank holidays to unplug, rest and recharge for our UK employees (30 days plus public holidays in Germany).
  • Corporate health insurance and pension scheme (UK).
  • Support to set up your home office space, with the option for a co-working space subscription for our remote employees.
  • Parental benefits (Plus Nursery Benefits for the UK).
  • Employee Assistance Programs to help you look after your emotional wellbeing and deal with life’s challenges.
  • Stay active and healthy with a discounted ClassPass membership (or Urban Sports Club membership for our employees in Germany).
  • Bike Leasing Scheme (Germany).
  • Online Academy for learning and development opportunities.

We process the data necessary for the online application process (name, email address and location) as well as data that you have sent us in connection with your application in order to check your suitability for the position (or any other vacancies within our company) and to conduct the application process.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this application process is primarily Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) as amended on May 25 2018. It allows the processing of data required in connection with hiring decisions. Should the data be required for the assertion of legal rights after completion of the application process, data may be processed on the basis of the requirements of Art. 6 GDPR, in particular to safeguard legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. In such cases, our interest is in asserting or defending claims.

We have concluded what’s known as a data processing agreement with this provider, which ensures that data processing is carried out in a permissible manner.

Upon receipt of your application, your application data will be reviewed by the HR department. Suitable applications are then forwarded internally to the department heads for the respective vacancies. The next steps to be taken are then agreed upon. In principle, only those persons in the company have access to your data who need this for the regular conduct of our application process.

You have the possibility to object to the processing of your data at any time. This is the case if processing is not necessary in particular to fulfil a contract with you, which is described by us in the previous description of the functions. In the event that your objection is justified, we will examine the situation and either stop or adjust the data processing or point out to you the compelling legitimate reasons on the basis of which we will continue processing.
