As an Account Supervisor you are now responsible for working the day-to-day clients and running the agency team. Welcome to your first foray of running and managing a team! You are increasingly involved in the strategic direction of the brand, while mentoring junior staff. Keep in mind, you are only as good as the people who support you. Balancing overall supervision of projects while ensuring quality control is maintained by the team are key skills to your success. 

Responsibilities 

Project Stewardship: Owning key client projects, partnering closely with Program Management to ensure successful delivery while supporting Strategy and Creative with all relevant client and category information.  

Integration: Strong collaboration across departments and partner agencies, facilitating interdisciplinary project success.  

Problem-solving: Proactive solutions for team issues - when and even before they arise.  

Team Building: Managing their direct reports with empathy and ensuring team members across disciplines are well-informed and aligned.  

Strategy: Provides accurate and timely product forecasts, manages quarterly reconciliations and billing; builds SOW with Supervisor; lead financial contact for client inquiries. 

Client Growth: Develops and maintains contact with clients to ensure that the agency is aware of business opportunities and/or significant changes in client's business structure. Actively develops presentations to sell recommendations to clients. Concentrates on organic growth of the business. 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in account management 
  • Demonstrated financial responsibility and client management 
  • Proven experience in managing multiple clients, a digital native who is comfortable building integrated campaigns and leading diverse teams 
  • Broad range of experience across business categories  
  • Solid reputation, support with examples of; negotiating skills, talent development, and delivering growth by identifying and building business opportunities.

This role requires regular in-office presence with a minimum of three days per week, to engage and collaborate in in-person team interactions and meetings as required.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adam&eveDDBNYC. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

$90,000 - $100,000 USD
