The Role:
We are looking for a data-focused professional with a relevant background in wealth management, portfolio management, trade settlements, or fund accounting to join our team. This role is at the intersection of finance and technology and is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of investment data and is excited to help shape how that data is modeled, integrated, and delivered through Addepar’s robust data ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and onboard portfolio data from a wide variety of sources—including custodians, fund administrators, and 3rd party vendors—using industry-standard tools such as SQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Model and integrate data into Addepar’s platform, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability for end users and downstream systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and data operations to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions across Addepar’s growing network.
- Partner with 3rd party data providers to support the ingestion and maintenance of diverse data sources including market-traded and alternative investments.
- Develop and maintain data aggregations and workflow functionality that align with the real-world needs of wealth managers, portfolio managers, and operations teams.
- Work closely with UX, design, and product teams to shape new features and solutions tailored to client workflows and evolving industry needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve data pipelines and operational efficiency, ensuring faster and more reliable data delivery.
- Deeply understand Addepar’s products and collaborate with business and client-facing teams to drive product innovation and client success.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Addepar’s financial concordance solutions, further establishing our platform as the leading data integration solution for complex portfolios.
Who You Are
- You bring prior experience in wealth management, portfolio or fund accounting, investment operations, or trade settlement workflows, with a strong appreciation for the intricacies of financial data.
- You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about translating financial data into structured, actionable information.
- You’re comfortable working with technical tools and are excited by the opportunity to bridge the gap between finance and technology.
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions.
