The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and shape Addepar’s Advisor experience for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). In this role, you will own the surface area, features, and capabilities designed specifically to empower wealth managers to acquire, retain, and advise their end-clients across web and mobile platforms.

You will analyze early user feedback and adoption metrics to establish and execute a clear long-term roadmap. Sitting at the intersection of integrated ecosystem tools, like CRMs, Addepar data and technology, and AI, you will leverage artificial intelligence to turn platform data into tailored, context-aware insights for individual clients. Partnering closely with engineering, product design, user research, and client-facing teams,  you will build and refine the tools and workflows that simplify daily operations for advisors.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build a deep understanding of the Advisor persona within the RIA segment, learning how their daily workflows connect across the broader Addepar platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to author a long-term product direction across mobile and web surfaces.
  • Partner closely with AI and engineering teams to refine AI-powered insights,  ensuring they are tailored and contextually relevant for financial advisors.
  • Translate high-level business goals into clear, detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that empower engineering teams to deliver with confidence.
  • Monitor key adoption and engagement metrics to evaluate feature performance, refine workflows, and continuously elevate the Advisor experience.
  • Articulate the core purpose and value behind each product initiative, ensuring go-to-market teams are equipped to drive client success.

Who You Are

  • You have 5 or more years of experience in Product Management. You have navigated the full lifecycle, from launching new applications and features from the ground up to scaling and optimizing established products.
  • You have practical experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities into workflow applications to deliver personalized user outcomes and streamline routine tasks.
  • You have prior experience in wealth management, fintech, or the RIA ecosystem, experience working with front-office wealth advisors is a plus.
  • You thrive in the cross-functional partnership across Product, Design, Engineering, and Client Success to solve complex problems and deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • You balance qualitative user insights with quantitative analytics to prioritize effectively, make sound decisions, and adapt your approach as new evidence emerges.
  • You excel at articulating the why behind every feature. You empower stakeholders and go-to-market partners with the narrative they need to effectively communicate value to our clients.
