What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and mentor plumbing technicians across service, sales, and installation
  • Drive performance by analyzing KPIs and providing real-time coaching
  • Improve and enforce workflow processes to boost team efficiency
  • Conduct field ride-a-longs to support technician development and confidence
  • Facilitate morning meetings to align the team on daily goals and updates
  • Coordinate closely with Dispatch to ensure optimal job flow and customer satisfaction
  • Help build and manage staff schedules
  • Step in to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Promote pride of ownership with trucks, tools, and inventory
  • Champion a safe and positive work environment
  • Collaborate with leadership and apply ongoing coaching and training

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Proven experience managing teams in a service or sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and service operations
  • ServiceTitan or similar CRM software experience
  • Self-starter mindset with solid organizational and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new platforms or systems
  • Availability to work weekends and be based out of the LA area
  • Current and valid California driver’s license
