Executive Assistant, Tempero Bio

Tempero Bio is a portfolio company of Aditum Bio, a biotech venture capital firm co-founded by the former CEO of Novartis, Joe Jimenez, and former head of NIBR, Mark Fishman.
To support Tempero's important mission, we are seeking an Executive Assistant who will report directly to the President of Tempero Bio, promoting the importance of excellence in administrative support and demonstrate a high level of customer service. They will partner across departments, organizations, and support functions as the company grows the organization and pipeline. A high level of confidentiality and professionalism is required to successfully manage the responsibilities of this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide seamless, best in class advanced administrative support to include inbox and calendar management, scheduling travel, meeting and event planning and preparing presentations
- Monitor and prioritize executives' schedule and email, highlighting actions and suggesting and/or authoring responses.
- Coordinate internal and external department communications; experience supporting investor relations is a plus
- Document Management: Circulate and organize documents, e.g. non-disclosure agreements
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks and activities
- Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to escalate or involve others.
- Drive and track completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items and other projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of executive support experience
- Experience providing support to C-suite executives in biotechnology or related scientific fields is strongly preferred
- Tech Savvy: Must have expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite, Zoom video conferencing and DocuSign. Advanced knowledge of other software tools, such as procurement platforms, is also a plus
- Superior attention to detail with the ability to work with a diverse team to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities at once
- Highly proactive and resourceful with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments, working with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented, can-do attitude and desire to be productive contributor to overall organization.
- Professional demeanor, high level of tact, integrity and discretion with the ability to maintain confidentiality in the execution of all responsibilities.
Location requirements: This is a hybrid role (2-3 days per week) in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Aditum Bio intends to obtain an office location in Cambridge in Q1 2025; the position would be fully remote until a Cambridge office opening.
The range for this full-time position is $125,000 - 135,000 dependent on level, plus a target bonus, equity compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life and 401k plan with match.
Our time off benefits include flexible/non-accrued PTO plus 12 paid holidays. Sick leave will also be accrued at the rate of one hour for every thirty hours worked. For employees eligible to take parental leave, we may provide up to 8 weeks of paid additional leave. Additional leave time may be available and may be paid from other sources.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on our postings reflects the minimum and maximum for new hire salaries. Within the range, individual pay is determined by interview performance, job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training, and other relevant factors. Please note the range reflects base salary and does not include target bonus, equity or benefits.
