Make an Impact/ The role:

 

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will join our team in China, and work closely with several teams such as the China marketing team, global marketing team, and local client-facing teams. As a part of this team, you will lead, develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for Adjust China. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital marketer interested in expanding their marketing skills in a rapidly growing industry.

Empower Your Potentials/Responsibilities:

  • Support pipeline generation efforts across channels including online and offline events as well as digital campaigns to drive growth
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies for the GCR region across digital channels 
  • Create, localize, and optimize content for different local digital marketing channels
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across all marketing channels - PR, social media, website, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
  • Lead the planning and execution of the content operation pipeline for the Adjust WeChat Subscription Account, WeChat Service Account and WeChat Channels
  • Work closely with the China marketing team, global marketing teams, such as content marketing, product marketing, PR and communications, event marketing and demand generation to localize pertinent global marketing campaigns 
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, and actively recommend and implement optimizations to improve program effectiveness
  • Liaise with local client-facing teams to align and execute business goals for digital marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with China export market trends and monitor competitive intelligence, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies 

 

Bring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications: 

 

  • Written and spoken fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • 5-7  years of marketing experience with a passion for successfully executing projects and problem-solving across disciplines (content, events, social media, demand generation, project management)
  • Experience with WeChat and a strong understanding of how WeChat works; hands-on experience in driving and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Have a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, outstanding organizational skills, willingness to learn and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as cross functionally with a variety of teams and functions
  • BA degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or equivalent

 

Bonus points: 

 

  • Proven copywriting experience in Chinese and English with writing samples
  • Proficiency with the Google Workspace (Google docs, sheets, Gmail. etc.)
  • Experience with content and project management platforms (e.g., Storyblok, Smartling, and Asana); familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce and Pardot) will be a huge plus
  • Experience with Zhihu, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Ads, and other media platforms in China
  • Great interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
  • Mobile tech/ad/game industry background and knowledge are a huge plus
