Make an Impact/ The role:
Adjust is looking for a passionate Marketing Associate in our Beijing office. We are seeking a proactive forward-thinking, marketing savvy “go-getter”. This person will be a key member of the marketing team and will help raise brand awareness through various core marketing channels throughout China. He/she will play a crucial role in driving marketing operations by helping with Adjust-hosted and co-hosted events and conferences, and aiding in the management of our local social media channels.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing events including event planning, registrations, sponsorship fulfillment, on-site execution, after-event follow-up, and event ROI report.
- Connect events from beginning to end with internal and external stakeholders. Draft event communications, build registration pages, and event social media planning.
- Help manage and drive creative campaigns in Adjust’s Official Wechat Accounts (subscription account, service account and WeChat channel) and content pipeline.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, freelancers and agencies, and ensure quality control.
- Responsible for distributing, organizing, and restocking staff swag, customer gifts, and special event swag items.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends.
- Assist in managing local partnerships.
- Keep close communication and work with the HQ marketing team when needed.
Requirements:
- Spoken and written fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- 1-3 years experience working in mobile tech/ad/game industry or event related positions.
- Strong abilities of event management, project management, cross-team collaboration and problem solving.
- Experience with Wechat and a strong understanding of how WeChat works; hands-on experience in driving brand visibility and growing Wechat followers
- Have a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, outstanding organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- BA degree in Marketing/Communications/Media or equivalent
- Desire to travel
Bonus points:
- Proficiency with the Google Workspace (Google docs, sheets, Gmail. etc.)
- Experience with event management platforms and Sales management tools (e.g., Zoom, Asana), with familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and JingDigital a huge plus
- Strong visual sense and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Great interpersonal skills and outgoing personality.
