The Role: 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a critical role in helping us scale strategically by hiring top talent across both business and technical functions. Working as part of a lean, agile team, you’ll have direct exposure to leadership and hiring managers, giving you the ability to influence hiring decisions, shape the candidate experience, and see the immediate impact of your work on the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for both client-facing and technical roles - sales, account management, marketing, product, measurement, finance, and operations -  from kickoff through offer acceptance.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers across business and technical teams to build hiring strategies, calibrate on role requirements, and drive a structured, equitable, and collaborative interview process.
  • Influence hiring managers by providing market insights, candidate feedback, and strategic recommendations—balancing speed, quality, and long-term fit.
  • Proactively source top talent across engineering, product, and business functions through targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing campaigns—including the use of AI-driven tools like ChatGPT and LinkedIn extensions—to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Assess technical talent effectively by partnering closely with subject matter experts and ensuring alignment on technical skill evaluation and role expectations.
  • Drive improvements across the recruiting process—from building scorecards to refining technical assessments—ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting metrics and hiring funnel data across both technical and business roles to help optimize speed, quality, and experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our HR, Learning & Development, and Engineering Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including recent experience hiring business roles (e.g., sales, marketing, client services) as well as hiring technical talent (e.g., engineers, product managers, measurement or data professionals).
  • Background in either agency or in-house recruiting; experience supporting a variety of functions in advertising, media, or tech is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical and non-technical talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to understand and speak to technical requirements, tools, and skills with confidence; comfortable facilitating alignment between hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and comfort managing external vendors, technical assessment platforms, or job boards.

*Compensation Range: $90,000 - $110,000 + Commission & Equity

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
