The Role

adMarketplace is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to help scale our AI/ML and Engineering teams. This 3-month contract role (with potential to extend) will focus on full-cycle recruiting across high-impact technical roles, including Machine Learning Engineers, Java/Python Engineers, and Full-Stack Engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, with a strong focus on AI/ML and full-stack engineering.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and develop strategic sourcing plans.
• Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer, ensuring a smooth and engaging process.
• Track pipeline progress and metrics using Greenhouse, and provide market insights to improve hiring strategy.
• Collaborate with external partners (e.g., search firms, job boards) as needed.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience recruiting technical talent, with specific experience hiring AI/ML engineers or related role
• Proven success identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier engineering candidates in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML space and comfort discussing relevant skills, technologies, and role nuances with hiring managers and candidates.
• Highly resourceful and self-driven—you’re proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to figure things out.
• Skilled in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines, surface insights, and ensure clean data.
• A clear communicator with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a thoughtful candidate experience.

*Compensation Range: $50 - $65 per hour

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs.
