About the Role:

Adonis is adding a new Consultant, Solutions Delivery to our growing team. In this role, you’re responsible for ensuring workflows are assessed, documented, configured, tested, validated and deployed with high reliability and minimal friction. Reporting to the Head of Solutions Delivery, you’ll work cross functionally to lead client working sessions and ensure delivery of client’s requirements.

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead client working sessions to assess specific workflows and document development and operational updates necessary.
• Conduct QA/QC during deployment and document changes/requests, to ensure proper outcome and data workflow. 
• Coordinate with Client Experience, Engineering, and Product to rollout technology, in a manner that is supported by internal teams, as well as client resources.  
• Ensure workflows are documented, configured, tested, validated, and deployed with high reliability and minimal friction.
• Maintain documentation to ensure complete delivery of client’s requirements and approval of post live workflows.

We’d Love for You to Have: 

• Three plus years of experience in revenue cycle management and software implementations 
• Experience implementing technology and training clients on new tools and products
• Participation in quality control and quality assurance activities related to technology development and deployment
• Familiarity of the development cycle for technology products
• Change management experience with workflow design, delivery execution, and customer-facing implementation success

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $145,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
