Job Title: GCP Sales Operations Manager

Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000

Location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Adswerve is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented GCP Sales Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our sales organization. This hybrid role combines strategic project management with hands-on account management, orchestrating complex sales processes while building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in contract negotiations, advocating skillfully on behalf of clients to ensure their interests are accurately represented within agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to define contract requirements, ensuring all legal and business considerations are seamlessly integrated into the final document.
  • Translate complex legal terms into understandable contract language, guiding clients through the intricacies of the sales and contracting process.
  • Project manages the entire sales cycle from initiation to close, ensuring smooth progression of all stages.
  • Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date records within Salesforce and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Manage the Salesforce process efficiently, ensuring data integrity and contributing to operational effectiveness.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams (e.g., legal, product, finance) and clients, fostering strong, trusting relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Lead & foster strategic client communications by executing tailored messaging that aligns with account objectives identified through Adswerve Data Solutions team analysis.
  • Facilitate regular strategic check-ins with key client stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment between contract deliverables and evolving account strategy goals as determined by the Data Solutions team. 
  • Operates with high levels of autonomy and independent decision-making while maintaining collaborative relationships with team members, demonstrating the ability to drive initiatives forward without constant oversight.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, sales operations, or account management within a B2B sales environment.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in proposal development and contract management processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse audiences (internal teams, clients, partners).
  • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration, especially with marketing, finance, and account management teams.
  • Experience leading teams and driving collaboration across departments.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) and sales enablement tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, data analytics, or business intelligence solutions is preferred.
  • Prior experience managing Google Cloud Platform partnerships or similar vendor relationships is a plus.

This position pays a base salary of $80,000 to $95,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
