ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office.

The Director, Supplier Sales position is responsible for increasing the overall business of ASI by motivating a team of sales professionals to sell ASI advertising, marketing services and ASI Show events and services.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000 plus commission.

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing and directing the activities of department staff including conducting individual meetings, performance reviews, providing recognition, coaching, and counseling as needed.
  • Leading, mentoring and managing the team towards accomplishing results.
  • Establishing and attaining budgets for growth of major product and service lines, divisions and customer segments.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive intelligence and new product ideas and adjusting strategies to maintain competitiveness and increase revenue.
  • Presenting competitor information and market intelligence.
  • Working on strategic planning and generating revenue growth for the organization and presenting recommendations and feedback to the SVP.
  • Must be willing to travel 25-30% of the time with the position

Position Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales.
  • 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in media or advertising.
  • Experience working in Dynamics 365 and/or CRM systems.
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
