Paid Media Director

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

In this role, you will lead ASI’s paid search and paid social advertising strategy, overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional digital platforms. Your work will focus on driving qualified traffic, generating high-quality leads, and increasing conversion rates to support ASI’s overall growth objectives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Creative—to ensure fully integrated execution and alignment across all paid media initiatives. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Growth Marketing and plays a critical role in shaping ASI’s digital acquisition strategy through strong analytical insights, ongoing optimization, and executive-level performance reporting.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive lead generation and meet business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bid strategy optimization, and build/refine retargeting and lookalike audiences.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPA), run structured A/B tests, and collaborate with creative teams on ad copy and visual assets.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret campaign data, ensuring accurate measurement through UTMs, pixels, and analytics tools, and deliver clear executive-level reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitive activity while sharing learnings and best practices with the broader marketing team.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure campaign alignment, provide data-driven recommendations, and support full‑funnel optimization from ad click through conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience, including at least 5 years leading and managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and strong proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience targeting/segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities, with demonstrated success handling multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Preferred: Experience using HubSpot for monitoring paid performance and building segmented audiences.
