First Year On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $150,000+ (No-cap bonus structure).

The Requirements:

This is a boots-on-the-ground, field-based professional role. To be selected, you must meet the following:

Physicality: Building a lucrative book of business takes work. You must be physically capable of carrying a 50lb ladder and performing roof assessments in all weather conditions.
The Schedule: A "Customer-First" 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM schedule to ensure we meet homeowners when they are home.
The Audit: Our selection process is rigorous. We are looking for professional results and the will to master our systems. Come to interviews prepared to sell yourself and to learn whether you truly want the work/reward trade-off.
