Fleet Administrator

We're looking for talented, hard-working individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Fleet Admin.

Your success will support Advocate’s march towards our goal - to become a Fortune 500 Company and the leader in the residential and commercial roofing space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cleaning of Fleet Vehicles:

  • Any vehicles in need of detailing before or after employee use
  • Interior and exterior cleaning includes but not limited to vacuuming, dusting and washing of company vehicles
  • Organizes and orders cleaning supplies as needed

Gas Fill ups and Maintenance:

  • Fill up vehicles before new employee or out-of-town employee use
  • Taking vehicles for any maintenance needs; recalls, new tires, oil changes etc.
  • Picking up vehicles from shop after maintenance
  • Transports vehicles between locations when required.

Vehicle Administrative Duties:

  • Installing license plates on new vehicles
  • Ensuring all vehicles are equipped with correct paperwork prior to employee use
  • Providing VIN verification and accurate inventory of company equipment
  • Receive and process requests for vehicle pickup, drop off, detailing, car wash etc.
  • Installing Telematics Devices (Training Provided)

*Any other duties as assigned by management*

 

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week; Monday through Friday during specified hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 45 lbs
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outside and continuously stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work independently and confidently
