What You’ll Do:

This is a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face role. You aren’t sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.

Hunt: Operate within storm-affected areas and meet homeowners where they live.
Close: Build credibility and trust one customer at a time by assessing exterior damage and onboarding new customers.
Consult: Learn to work within a team to provide comprehensive solutions to exterior construction needs; functional or cosmetic, cross-sells and upsells.
Grow: Career progression is built on merit. Master each training plateau with urgency to earn more responsibility and income upside.

The Ideal Profile:

You have a competitive spirit (ex-athletes, veterans, and former servers/bartenders usually crush it here).
You have a valid driver’s license and a clean-ish driving record.
You are physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and navigating a roof.
You’re a "people person" who can build rapport in 30 seconds or less.

The Pay & Perks:
