What You’ll Do

This is a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face role. You aren’t sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.

Hunt: Work storm-affected areas and meet homeowners where they live.
Close: Build trust by assessing exterior damage and onboarding new customers.
Consult: Provide solutions for exterior construction—functional, cosmetic, and everything in between.
Grow: Career progression is built on merit. Master each plateau to earn more responsibility and income.

The Ideal Profile

Competitive Spirit: Ex-athletes, veterans, and former servers/bartenders usually crush it here.
Unleashed Potential: You’re tired of being the hardest worker in the room and having nothing to show for it. You are ready to finally see your bank account reflect your effort.
Physicality: Capable of lifting 50 lbs and navigating a ladder.
