We’re hiring Sales Trainees who are eager to launch a rewarding career in sales — no experience required! We provide all the training, tools, and mentorship you need to succeed. In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners, helping them understand roofing and restoration solutions while guiding them through every step of the process.

 Responsibilities:
-  Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners to identify their roofing and exterior restoration needs
-  Conduct property inspections (including roof assessments; must be comfortable climbing ladders)
-  Educate customers on available products, warranties, and services
-  Manage your customer pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle
-  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inspection to project completion
-  Represent Advocate Construction’s brand and values with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
 Requirements:
-  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-  Ability to pass a criminal background and MVR check
-  Willingness to travel for annual sales training
-  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
-  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-  Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient personality
 Compensation & Schedule:
-  Guaranteed weekly base pay + uncapped commission. Top performers earn $80,000–$100,000 in their first year.
-  We provide comprehensive training, leading technology, and continuous support— no prior roofing experience required.
-  The most successful representatives work flexible, customer-facing hours (10 a.m.–8 p.m., Monday–Friday, with Saturdays
included).
