About the Role
The Recruiter will be joining a small, but tight-knit HR and Admin team to strategically own our employer brand and administer day-to-day recruiting. The majority of the day-to-day work of the role (70-80%) will be recruiting our entry-mid level legal support staff. However, the Recruiter will also be expected to represent the firm with executive and attorney candidates and develop career outreach programs with local paralegal programs, law schools, etc. to create a pipeline of strong candidates.

Expectations for the Role
Day to Day Recruiting
- Manage job posting, phone screens, interview coordination, and making offers
- Work with managers to understand hiring needs and coordinate hiring decision making
- Manage our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Curate potential candidates through email campaigns, etc.
- Create meaningful experiences for high-level candidates
Strategic Employer Branding
- Develop Employer pages alongside the marketing staff
- Build relationships with local colleges, organizations, etc. to create networks for recruitment
- Represent the firm at recruitment and networking events
- Advise executive staff on recruitment strategies for high-level hires
- Help make The Advocates a place people truly want to work
Experience and Professional Background
- 1 year law/attorney recruitment is a plus
- 2-5 years in recruitment
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven track record of hiring for director level positions or higher
Compensation
- Base compensation from $60,000 - $80,000 annually
- Performance-based bonus from $2000 - $13,000 annually
- 401(k) (after 1 year employment)
