IM Lead Unified Commerce - EMEA

We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to head our Unified Commerce pillar across the EMEA region. In this manager-of-managers role, you will lead multiple Team Leads, driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of implementation projects for our Unified Commerce customers. Our Implementation Management team partners closely with customers to deliver scalable, future-proof technical solutions that power seamless integrations and long-term success.


What you’ll do

  • Lead, develop, and scale both Team Leads and individual Implementation Managers within the Unified Commerce pillar, ensuring deep expertise, strong execution, and continuous optimization. This includes setting priorities, building a culture of collaboration and accountability, and developing the leaders in your region.
  • Own and oversee the project portfolio within your pillar, ensuring disciplined execution, up-to-date project data, and delivery that meets agreed KPIs, while creating an environment of operational excellence and accountability.
  • Drive the quality and standardization of project delivery in your pillar, while actively engaging in regional and global collaboration to influence and pillar level best practice and standardization across the organization.
  • Execute the EMEA IM strategy into a focused, pillar specific roadmap, ensuring your team’s priorities align with the broader IM EMEA objective while addressing the unique needs of your pillar.
  • Serve as a strategic counterpart to country managers, ensuring local teams deliver on local needs of the market successfully.
  • Work with and influence cross functional stakeholders (e.g. Product, Engineering, Sales,Compliance, Partnerships, other OPS teams) to improve operational efficiency, the merchant experience, and product delivery specific to your pillar.
  • Act as a final escalation point for complex operational challenges within your pillar, ensuring resolution while providing guidance and support to your Team Leads.
  • You’re comfortable handling ambiguity and change, and you value and strive for simplicity and speed.

  • You are a strong thinker who can identify operational, commercial and technical opportunities to drive customer value and scalable improvements.

  • You’re comfortable handling ambiguity and change, and you value and strive for simplicity and speed.
