We’re looking for an inspirational leader to join our Berlin-based DACH team and be part of our EMEA Sales leadership team. The primary goal of this role is to drive the commercial success of the DACH Sales team by owning its strategy and execution, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives. This role reports to the Country Manager DACH and requires strategic thinking, excellent commercial execution, and the ability to strengthen top talent while fostering teamwork.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader and networker with a consultative and commercial mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and entrepreneurial environment. As a key member of the EMEA team, this individual will play an integral role in shaping the DACH commercial strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and growing talent by fostering a healthy, collaborative team environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and scale the Sales organization in the DACH market, owning the end-to-end commercial success of your department.
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and SDRs, working closely with the Country Manager on the Sales strategy for DACH.
  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for growing the DACH Sales team while scaling day-to-day operations.
  • Engage with the largest strategic opportunities, leading executive relationships and guiding the team through long sales cycles with complex fintech solutions to win new customers.
  • Adopt and influence the company’s sales methodology/process and drive best practices in sales execution and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement best practices to scale operations efficiently, ensuring the team delivers on revenue targets and key growth KPIs.
  • Partner cross-functionally across various teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Account Management, SDR) both regionally and globally.

Who You Are:

  • 15+ years of extensive sales experience, specializing in multinational enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Europe/DACH, with a proven track record of leading both leaders and individual contributors.
  • Deep industry expertise in Payments, FinTech, and/or enterprise SaaS within the DACH market.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong experience in sales forecasting and metrics.
  • A resilient leader who can challenge and influence while remaining focused on sustainable business growth.
  • Highly skilled in structuring and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong ability to drive processes to completion.
  • A team player who takes ownership and proactively drives results.
