Recruitment Business Partner - Latam

Our Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced and well rounded Recruiter to support the hiring of our Business Recruitment team in Brazil and Mexico. At Adyen we believe in teamwork and we strive for quality. You will directly contribute to the Adyen’s growth by supporting your hiring teams with data driven decisions, speed of execution and our long-term strategy in mind.

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will proactively build pipelines and advise your hiring teams by bringing new ideas, approaches and solutions to the table. As part of the Global HR and Recruitment team you will closely collaborate with other teams within HR and your Recruitment counterparts globally. 

What you’ll do

  • Drive full cycle recruitment on multiple roles, across different teams (Java, Data, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, etc.)
  • Lead sourcing efforts across your pipelines and be creative about new ways of finding talent
  • Create and foster positive candidate experience while screening and engaging talent that fits with the Adyen Formula
  • Build strong business partnerships with hiring managers
  • Use data to innovate and optimize the recruiting process
  • Work with global recruiting team on strategic DEI initiatives, employer branding, and events and partnerships

 

Who you are

  • Minimum of 7 years of full cycle recruitment experience 
  • Passionate about sourcing, recruiting, and closing talent in a competitive market
  • Proven track record of building pipelines and managing unique multi-channel search strategies 
  • High level of self-motivation; you’re someone who is able to define structure and prioritize
