Regulatory Product Specialist
Our fast-paced North America Regulatory Team is looking for a Regulatory Product Specialist to provide oversight and assistance to Adyen’s established and future product and service offerings.
As a Regulatory Product Specialist, you will be working across various functions and teams in order to assess and document any regulatory product risks, build out regulatory frameworks for Adyen’s products, and be a voice for second line regulatory risks. This helps our North American commercial and product teams to manage risk, identify opportunities, and deliver on Adyen’s offering of exceptional products and services. What You’ll Do:
- Project manage the implementation of regulatory obligations for new products and features and implement risk-based policies and procedures
- Create and maintain a framework in which requirements are incorporated, which form the basis of the implementation into the technology stack;
- Collaborate with Product Streams to translate regulatory requirements into product development, prioritize them and safeguard accurate implementation;
- Organize and coordinate the deliverables of Product Streams towards the regulatory subteams.
Who you are:
- You have 2-4 years of risk experience, preferably with a regulated fintech company or US bank;
- You have keen project management skills and are able to coordinate people, documents, deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- You are able to understand complex challenges and convert them into structured solutions, which are actionable for both internal and external stakeholders;
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey clear updates and progress to leadership;
- You have solid interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with both internal and external stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures.
- This role is based out of our New York or San Francisco office. We have a hybrid workplace and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles
The annual base salary range for this role in NYC is $135,000-$175,000;
The annual base salary range for this role in Chicago is $110,000-$145,000;
