- Merchant Support: Guide merchants through the necessary CDD processes, acting as a clear and communicative point of contact.
- Process Optimization: Act as an internal advocate for process improvements, proactively providing feedback on automation and iterating on workflows to ensure our CDD processes are scalable and efficient.
- Internal Advisory: Serve as an internal point of contact and advisor for CDD-related questions within the local Chicago office and the broader North America team.
- Global Alignment: Collaborate with regional and global peers to maintain consistency across Adyen’s global CDD framework.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position in Chicago. The hourly rate is $36.00-$48.00.
