Senior Recruitment Business Partner - Operations
Our Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Business Recruiter to guide hiring initiatives for our EMEA Operations teams. Adyen provides a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can take charge of your professional growth and bring innovative ideas to life. In this role, you will act as a key partner to our hiring teams, focusing on identifying and attracting the high-caliber talent necessary to drive our organization's continued growth.
What you’ll do
- In this senior role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment strategy for your designated EMEA teams.
- You will drive company growth and enhance team quality by sourcing and engaging with top-tier talent in the market.
- Serve as a talent advisor for HRBPs and Leadership, implementing strategies to improve talent standards throughout the EMEA region.
- Promote data-driven hiring by providing hiring managers with actionable coaching derived from recruitment metrics and market insights.
- Manage the entire candidate journey, overseeing everything from initial contact to final offer negotiations.
- Contribute to the global team by sharing knowledge and best practices to develop the skills of the wider Talent Acquisition organization.
Who you are
- Possess at least 7 years of expertise in full-cycle, in-house recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in expanding teams across various EMEA markets, with a strong collaboration with the hiring teams.
- Background working within high-growth technology or fast-paced corporate environments.
- Skilled at converting business goals into tailored local recruitment plans to secure talent in competitive and specialized pools.
- Capable of partnering together with HRBPs and Rewards to align recruitment activities with the company's long-term talent objectives.
- Adept at utilizing recruitment metrics to guide discussions, affect hiring choices and deliver actionable insights.
