Adyen’s Commercial Academy

The primary goal of the Commercial Academy is to drive commercial growth through our training programs and other commercial enablement initiatives, in a scalable way. We are a community driven Academy, working very closely with our commercial team to ensure relevance and top quality. 

What you’ll do

You are the engine behind the production of our digital learning content. You build relevant, challenging and fun commercial (digital or blended) learning experiences that help our global commercial team sell more, better, faster.

  • Multimedia Content Creation: You design high-quality digital learning content ranging from 1-minute "elevator pitch" shorts to comprehensive product journeys that showcase the value of our fintech solutions.
  • Production Ownership: You take full ownership of the production cycle. From scripting, or interviewing to filming to editing videos and designing polished assets in tools like Figma and Adobe Premier Pro. You ensure everything we publish meets Commercial Academy quality standards.
  • Structured Learning Journeys: You turn complex (product) information into logical, engaging self-lead learning paths. You know how to design a webinar or a digital module that keeps people hooked while building their expertise. 
  • Maintenance & Updates: You don’t just "set it and forget it" but rather proactively ensure our digital learning content is maintained and updated constantly.
  • Tech & Tooling: You leverage a diverse range of tooling for creating learnings (e.g., Articulate - authoring, Docebo LMS). You use AI to speed up your brainstorming, scripting and asset generation without losing the human touch (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LLM).

Who you are

You are a creative, digital powerhouse with a critical eye and a sharp commercial instinct. You thrive in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment where you are given the freedom to decide where your impact matters most.

  • Work Experience: 3-5 years in relevant fields, like product marketing, sales enablement, learning & development, branding & design. 
  • Commercially Driven & Impact-Focused: You understand how education can drive performance when designed for the needs of our commercial team. Your content maximizes training impact while minimizing the time our sales team spends away from the customer. Your copywriting is sharp, persuasive and professional.
  • Raising the Bar: You’re a creative, conceptual and critical thinker and leverage this to constantly challenge the status quo on our digital learning offering – move beyond basic formats and advocate 'safe-to-fail' learning environments.
  • Autonomy: You excel in a culture of ownership and opportunity. You’re able to prioritize your time and are able to identify what is most important to focus on. 
  • Flexibility: You’re able to switch between creative work and business meetings, as both will be part of your week. The diversity of your schedule, editing videos as well as business meetings, excites you. 
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: You are able to challenge ideas respectfully and push for the best learning outcome when working with team members or stakeholders across levels and geographies.
