Under the leadership of Founder and CEO Ryan Tarzy, Avandra's experienced team is well-equipped to capitalize on this opportunity. Avandra’s business model centers on generating recurring subscription revenue from its cloud platform, offering indexed, cleansed, and enhanced imaging data to health systems, AI companies, and biopharma firms. The go-to-market strategy focuses initially on data marketplaces to drive near-term sales, with plans to expand direct sales efforts targeting AI/ML companies, medical device firms, and biopharma companies. This strategic approach positions Avandra as a leading player in the competitive landscape, with the potential for substantial growth and international expansion in the coming years.
About the Job
As a Sales Development Representative at Avandra Imaging, you will be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts - responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with leadership and play a key part in building the sales foundation of our company.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in tech sales, with a development path into Sales Executive.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with inbound leads and assess fit through discovery conversations.
- Set meetings and coordinate handoffs to Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead quality and outreach strategy.
- Research target accounts and personalize outreach based on company size and buyer persona.
- Track KPIs such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
- Stay current on product knowledge, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
What You’ll Need:
- 0-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with CRM systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable and eager to learn sales strategy, techniques, and tools

Salary Range:
- $42,000 base salary + commission structure with OTE.
