Product Operations Lead

The Product Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in enabling Aerospike to execute at scale by establishing the foundational systems and processes that drive effective, customer-centered product growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead cross-functional planning efforts across Product, Engineering, and R&D, defining aligned priorities, timelines, and objectives that scale with Aerospike’s growth.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement operational frameworks that optimize workflow efficiency, ensure cross-team alignment, and promote continuous improvement within R&D.
- Customer-Centric Collaboration: Build and refine a feedback and feature prioritization system to capture customer insights and translate them into actionable development plans, strengthening collaboration with PMM and SE.
- Performance Measurement: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs that assess product performance, generate insights, and guide decision-making, presenting progress updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in product operations or related roles, with a proven track record in scaling operations within a growth-stage tech company.
- Product Development Knowledge: Strong grasp of product development processes, tools, and methodologies, with experience in supporting teams through complex product life cycles.
- Communication Skills: Skilled communicator who can effectively engage with and earn the trust of technical teams, stakeholders, and executives.
- Strategic Planning and Scaling Expertise: Background in business operations, strategic planning, and driving cross-functional initiatives to support scalability.
Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in data analysis and a strategic, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
