About the role
The Israel Marketing Manager is a key member of the Israel go to market team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation. The ideal candidate will have a track record of executing, measuring, and reporting on field programs and events, as well as paid digital and organic social programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, translate into pipeline and revenue. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, project management and problem solving skills, and an understanding of marketing principles with a focus on both physical and online/virtual events. You’ll manage logistics on everything from large trade shows to smaller roadshows, meetups and dinners as well as handle organic social and PR for the region as well as drive the paid media strategy with our digital agency.

Responsibilities
- Build and execute field marketing programs and events with a strong focus on communication, demand generation, and execution.
- Plan and execute a diverse range of events to meet those goals including trade shows, our Summit, executive dinners, and meetups.
- Handle end-to-end event management including logistics, vendor/venue selection, registration, promotion, lead management and follow up, and results reporting, while working with the broader Israel team to define topics, drive attendance and engagement, and secure speakers as well as budget management.
- Partner with the sales team to create high-impact local experiences—like meetups with our Digital Native customers.
- Ensure timelines, deliverables, and critical deadlines are communicated, tracked, and met.
- Use data-driven insights to continually refine and enhance the effectiveness of future events and track key performance metrics.
- Manage relationships and execution with PR and digital agencies to drive awareness and engagement and manage organic social for the region.
- Engage local sales team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team, sales, and regional leadership.
- Create SFDC campaigns for events, handle list uploads, and track pipeline attribution for events you manage.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of field marketing/marketing programs experience in B2B tech with a proven track record of executing successful programs to deliver pipeline and revenue.
- Creative thinker with high execution skills—you bring ideas and results.
- Strong project management with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced environment with attention to details.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including knowing how and what to communicate to different stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make recommendations/decisions based on data
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
- Knowledge of digital ad platforms, Google Analytics 4 and basic web page creation.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for events and meetings.
- Basic experience with Salesforce.com.
