  • Lead technical discovery with customers to gather architecture specifications, business goals, and system design constraints.

  • Translate business and functional requirements into highly available and performant technical solutions.

  • Author technical documentation, architectural diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and system integration plans.

  • Drive full-lifecycle solution delivery, including deployment automation, custom policy definition, data transformation and migration, and performance tuning.

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders and technical decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies across industries (Finance, Telco, AdTech/MarTech, Retail/E-commerce).

  • Assist with the creation and delivery of Statements of Work (SOWs), technical proposals, and ROI/TCO models tailored to client-specific use cases.

  • Guide and support partners through technical enablement and hands-on mentorship, ensuring their ability to confidently deploy and support Aerospike solutions globally.

  • Lead the technical aspects of consultative selling, articulating technical differentiation and best practices in large-scale distributed systems.

Training & Enablement

  • Oversee and evolve the Training Services group, ensuring delivery of hands-on, expert-level training across virtual, self-paced, and instructor-led formats.

  • Contribute to curriculum development, labs, and architectural case studies to support ongoing customer and partner education.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Build and lead a high-caliber team of solution architects and technical consultants; manage hiring, mentoring, and career development.

  • Own and deliver traditional services metrics including monthly forecasts, BBB reports, utilization targets, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and emerging technologies to evolve Aerospike’s services delivery strategy.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on field insights and architectural patterns observed in the wild.

Minimum Qualifications
