Senior Director, Field and Partner Marketing 

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Field and Partner Marketing to join our marketing team. You'll drive all aspects of field and partner marketing, including strategy, plan, and execution of virtual and in-person events across North America, Europe, Israel, ASEAN, and India.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of A players to uplevel the field and partner marketing functions at Aerospike
  • Team up with the leader for communications and digital marketing to deliver the joint goal for pipeline creation, with an intense focus on the new logos 
  • Build a world-class field and partner marketing plan to engage the ICP customers in each geography and establish Aerospike as a real-time database for transactions and three types of AI:  machine learning inference or predictive AI, generative AI, and agentic AI 
  • Raise awareness of the Aerospike product suite and Aerospike as a company among engineers and executives building high-performance data infrastructure in adtech, financial services, fintech, retail, telecom, and new tech companies. 

What You'll Bring:

  • 15+ years of professional experience as a leader with hands-on experience in building and scaling field and partner marketing for a tech startup or enterprise 
  • Deep understanding of integrating and optimizing the entire GTM funnel with strategy, plan, and tactics with virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, executive dinners, third-party, and self-hosted conferences to increase the pipeline with efficient spend 
  • Strong performance in building and implementing a comprehensive field and partner marketing plan for a technology startup or enterprise (bonus points for experience with B2B SaaS)
