Finance Intern (Summer 2026)

About the Role
As our company scales, our financial infrastructure and strategic planning must keep pace. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers in a silo—you will be an active contributor to our financial operations, helping ensure our leadership team has the insights and data they need to drive the business forward.
This internship offers a deep dive into modern corporate finance. You’ll gain hands-on experience in financial planning, data automation, and SaaS metrics while working directly with cutting-edge finance technology.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Presentations: Assist in preparing management presentations, monthly financial reviews, and reports for senior leadership.

Billing & Revenue Operations: Support usage-based billing analysis and automation initiatives. This includes exploring complex billing data, identifying discrepancies, and helping develop scalable tools to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.

System & Data Management: Engage with FP&A and Business Intelligence (BI) software for report creation, financial analysis, and data maintenance to ensure absolute reliability in our reporting.

Finance Transformation: Support process modernization initiatives, including exploring and implementing AI-enabled tools and automated finance workflows.

Qualifications
Required
-
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed (2026) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (MBA), or a related quantitative field. (Recent graduates may be considered on an hourly/contract basis).

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data modeling).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.

Adaptability: Ability to manage competing priorities, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred

Prior internship or relevant coursework in corporate finance, accounting, or data analytics.

Familiarity with modern ERP or financial planning systems.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).

A strong interest in the enterprise software / SaaS industry.
Program Details

Duration: Approximately 10–12 weeks (flexible based on candidate availability and business needs).

Location: Hybrid – Mountain View, CA (exact weekly schedule to be confirmed).

Hours: Approx 30 hours/week.

Compensation: This is a paid internship. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and market rates.
Must be able to come to Mountain View HQ 3 times per week.
