Plastic or Cosmetic Surgeon | No Hospital Call | Established Practice
Location: Grand Rapids, IN
Schedule: 4 days/week
More surgery. Less practice management.
The team in your operating room. The patients on your schedule. The freedom to make clinical decisions. These details shape your experience as a surgeon.
At Sono Bello, you perform elective aesthetic surgery in dedicated surgical centers with established patient demand and clinical teams. Patient Care Consultants guide patients through the initial consultation and scheduling process. You conduct the preoperative evaluation, assess surgical candidacy, and determine the surgical plan.
The surgical practice
- Body contouring and aesthetic procedures
- Clinical autonomy in patient evaluation and surgical planning
- AAAHC-accredited surgical facilities, clinical teams, and established patient safety protocols
- A weekday-focused schedule with no hospital call
- No overhead of running a private practice
During the recruiting process, we’ll discuss the center’s patient volume, operating schedule, and postoperative coverage expectations so you can understand the commitment and how it fits your life outside work.
The team around you
Clinical teams support surgical care, while center leadership manages staffing, scheduling, and daily operations. National marketing helps generate patient demand, allowing you to focus on surgery and patient care.
Beyond your center, you have access to a network of 160+ surgeon colleagues, a surgeon-led Medical Leadership Team, and dedicated risk and medico-legal resources for support with complications and challenging clinical situations. A CME allowance supports continued professional development.
