Senior Growth Operations Analyst

This role supports the Growth organization by shaping, integrating, and communicating technically credible, mission-aligned solutions while also enabling data-driven decision making across the capture and business development lifecycle. This role blends solution integration, capture support, and growth analytics, providing leadership with actionable insights into pipeline health, capture performance, and growth outcomes. The Solutions Integrator serves as a bridge between business segments, finance, leadership, and growth operations—ensuring both solutions and metrics are aligned to winning and executing new business. The position serves as a central coordinator for pipeline analytics, Salesforce governance, and growth reporting, helping cross-functional teams operate from a shared, trusted view of opportunities and performance

Growth Analytics & Metrics:

Track, analyze, and report key Growth performance metrics, including:

  • Book-to-Bill
  • Pipeline value, maturity, and coverage
  • Win rates and capture effectiveness
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reports to support Growth leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze pipeline trends to identify risks, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Support forecasting and long-range growth planning.

Salesforce & Pipeline Management

  • Serve as a Growth organization lead or power user for Salesforce.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of pipeline data.
  • Maintain opportunity stages, capture milestones, and probability assessments.
  • Support pipeline reviews, gate reviews, and executive growth forums.
  • Train and support capture and BD teams on Salesforce usage and data standards.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Capture to align pipeline data with capture strategies and milestones.
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile pipeline, Book-to-Bill, and forecast data.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management to align technical scope and delivery assumptions with pipeline projections.
  • Support Executive leadership with data-driven insights for investment and bid/no-bid decisions.

Capture & Solution Alignment

  • Support capture teams by aligning solution strategies with pipeline analytics and growth priorities.
  • Contribute data-driven insights to capture reviews, gate reviews, and executive growth forums.
  • Identify pipeline risks, gaps, and misalignments between strategy, data, and execution.

Process Improvement

  • Improve Growth analytics processes, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Train and support Growth and Capture teams on Salesforce usage, data quality, and analytics interpretation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies  

  • Security Clearance -Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline reporting.
  • Ability to work across functions and influence without authority.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project.

Strong Understanding in:

  • Cross-functional analytics leadership
  • Pipeline and Salesforce integration
  • Data governance and reporting rigor
  • Executive communication
  • Growth strategy enablement
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition and capture processes preferred

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
  • Master's Degree preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in program management with proposal development and management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in defense, aerospace, or intelligence community environments.
  • Experience in Growth analytics, pipeline management, or capture operations.
  • Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reports.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Book-to-Bill, pipeline coverage modeling, and win-rate analysis.
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools (Salesforce reporting, Power BI, etc.)
