What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for generating new business and building a book from the ground up.

  • Prospect, develop, and close new shipper relationships across industries

  • Sell transportation and logistics solutions including flatbed, brokerage, and specialized freight

  • Own your pipeline from first touch through close

  • Build and execute a strategic sales plan for your region

  • Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success

  • Stay close to your customers and continuously expand opportunities within each account

  • Manage activity, pipeline, and forecasting through CRM

  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations

What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years of transportation or logistics sales experience

  • Proven ability to hunt, close, and grow accounts

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Competitive mindset with a drive to win

  • Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple opportunities

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in CRM systems
