At AFC, you're a name, not a number. We're a family-owned, women-owned transportation and logistics company headquartered in Tampa, FL, moving freight nationwide through our asset and brokerage operations. If you want to build something, not just fill a seat, you'll fit in here.

The role

You'll be AFC's first-ever Director of Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO and building the function from scratch across AFC Transport and AFC Logistics. Success means pipeline, driver applications, and revenue you can trace back to marketing.

What you'll do

  • Set up HubSpot attribution so every campaign ties back to pipeline and revenue
  • Partner with Sales on lead definitions and deliver qualified shipper and carrier leads
  • Own driver recruiting marketing from first impression to submitted application
  • Rebuild our brand, website, LinkedIn, and social presence
  • Run the marketing budget and agencies with ROI tracked on every campaign

What you bring
  • 7+ years in marketing, including 3+ leading a team or function
  • Proof that your programs moved revenue or pipeline
  • Hands-on attribution and lead scoring experience in a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
  • B2B marketing background
  • Experience owning a budget and managing vendors or agencies

Nice to have
  • Transportation, logistics, or driver recruiting marketing experience
  • Built or scaled a marketing function from scratch

What you get
  • Competitive base pay of $77,000 to $146,900, plus a 25% target bonus tied to the department scorecard
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), with coverage starting the first of the month after 60 days
  • 80 hours of PTO per year
  • Weekly pay
  • A clear path to grow, with leaders who know your name

Where you'll work

Tampa HQ, 1120 E Kennedy Blvd. 5 days in office per week.

Our process

A phone screen with People & Talent, a short Predictive Index assessment, an interview with the hiring manager, and a final conversation with leadership.
