The role
On our US desk you won't just work an inbox. You'll build your own book of repeat carriers, own lane corridors, and cover the freight others can't. You'll report to the VP of Brokerage Operations. Success means more repeat carriers, stronger lanes, and buy rates that protect margin.
What you'll do
- Make 60+ outbound carrier calls a day to source capacity and build relationships
- Turn one-load carriers into repeat partners across your lanes
- Cover hard-to-move freight and underserved lanes
- Negotiate buy rates at or below target pay
- Book approved, compliant loads through Highway and McLeod
- Hand off every load cleanly, with nothing dropped
What you bring
- High energy and a competitive streak. No freight experience required; we'll teach you the business
- Confidence on the phone all day, and comfort negotiating
- Coachability and hunger to learn
- Strong follow-through and clean record-keeping
Nice to have
- Carrier sales, brokerage, or high-volume phone sales experience
- McLeod, DAT, Truckstop, or Highway experience
What you get
- Competitive base pay of $45K to $55K, plus commission

Where you'll work
Tampa HQ, 1120 E Kennedy Blvd. 5 days in office.
