Affinidi is scaling, and we’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner who is passionate about tech hiring, excels at partnering with engineering leaders, and thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

What you’ll do
  • Own end‑to‑end hiring for tech and non‑tech roles across Berlin, London, Dublin, Singapore & India
  • Directly source senior engineering, data, product & security talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from first introduction to onboarding
  • Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for our “Talents as Customers” philosophy
  • Use data-driven insights to measure performance and continuously improve our recruiting processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines and communities for critical roles
You’re a good fit if you
  • Have strong in‑house experience hiring technical and non‑technical roles in high‑paced startups
  • Are a hands‑on sourcer who knows how to find real senior engineering talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.)
  • Communicate clearly and are able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Use data to make decisions and improve processes and recruiting performance
  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex hiring challenges
  • Work effectively across cultures, time zones, and fast‑changing environments
  • Care deeply about exceptional candidate experience and strong team partnership
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Are outgoing, energetic, and passionate about learning and development—always building new skills and supporting team members along the way
  • Bonus: Experience with employer branding or community‑led sourcing
